Is there really no credit card required to start the trial?
Correct. Sign up with your email, walk through the wizard in under 4 minutes, and you're in the product. We collect a card before your trial ends — you'll get reminders ahead of time.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you've added a card, your subscription begins automatically on day 15. If you haven't, your account moves to read-only — you can still see your data, you just can't add new charts. Add a card at any time to reactivate.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Switch in Settings → Billing.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or community health practices?
Yes — we offer 20% off for nonprofit BH practices and federally-qualified health centers. Email [email protected] with your 501(c)(3) or FQHC documentation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays with you. We provide a complete data export (CSV, JSON, or HL7) before account closure. We retain backups for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently delete.
